That's right folks, that chicken is wearing a cape made out of lettuce. The dashing poultry is apparently a traditional recipe called "Captain's Chicken" which some culinary crackpot actually made into a captain in a "spurt of joyous kitchen artistry." Saveur, how charitable of you.
