snack crackdown!

This morning's Examiner reports that metro plans to step up efforts to eliminate problematic subway snacking.

While they have no plans to repeat a 2000 incident when a girl's unalienable right to snack was violated over a FRENCH FRY, riders will be subject to a $100 fine.

This is all okay by the SnackManiac; some snacks are worth $100 and I want John Roberts to be able to spend his time enjoying snacks, not adjudicating them, oh, and upholding the constitution.

They are vicious! I have second-hand stunning knowledge of a ticket being given. It involved a hoarde of metro police surrounding my friend screaming "swarm! swarm! swarm!!" and then ended with a ticket. Watch out metro-goers.
