Check out these cookies!! I made them on New Year's Eve for Sarah's party.They are sandwiches made out of sugar cookies covered in coconut with melted white chocolate in between. They were very sweet and required I fashion a double boiler out of existing kitchen equipment. I AM THE TOP CHEF!
